Doula Referral Form

The Doula Association of Edmonton offers a referral service to help connect expecting parents with doulas in our community. By filling out the form below, you’ll be sharing a bit about your needs and preferences so our referral coordinator share your request with doulas in our membership whose availability and scope of practice may align with what you’re looking for. Doulas who feel they may be a good fit will respond, and the coordinator will then connect you by email.
